Food is vital to our life. It supplies the materials that is necessary for the body to grow, giving
us energy for activity, replaces worn out and damaged parts of the body and allows us to function normally. Good nutrition
make a whole difference to how we work, play sports and enjoying our everyday lifes.
Many people are confuse about diet, nutrition and weight loss. It has long been assumed that if
people ate enough food they would receive all the nutrients they need. Scientific studies now tell us that we can no longer
think this way.
The body needs over 40 nutrients to function properly. These include carbohydrates, protein, fats,
vitamins and minerals.
This site have different recipes. I have no aim to keep to one area of foods. Full range of cakes,
biscuts, meat, vegetables etc etc.
